Culprit Bicycles warrants that your Culprit Bicycles frame or Culprit Components when purchased from the Culprit Bicycles website will be free from defects in materials or workmanship for 5 years, Paint and Decals are warrantied for 2 years from the date of purchase by the original buyer. This warranty only applies to the original owner.
Parts and Components other than those made by Culprit Bicycles are not covered under warranty by Culprit Bicycles, but are covered by their original manufacturer.
Use your Culprit Bicycle only for its intended purpose. Assembly instructions and recommended maintenance guidance can be found in the owners Manuel included with the bike.
Culprit offers limited Liability warranty coverage that doesn’t include damages or defects that arise due to negligence(poor maintenance, care or storage), normal daily wear and tear, including chips and scratches in paint, overloading or damage caused by misuse, alterations to the frame,fork, or from mounting outside products causing damage, heat, impact with hard objects, maintenance or use. Damage from jumping or overstressing the frame are also not covered my limited liability coverage.
Culprit Bicycles offers a Crash Replacement Policy for 3 years. The covered products are frame, fork, seatpost or stem (where applicable). Crash replacement is offered at discount for 3 years and is only offered one time. Frames must be sent in to approved warranty center. Upon confirmation of damaged frame/fork Culprit will replace the item at the listed price below in the matching size/ paint scheme as original ordered. If you desire to change the painting from the original order, there is a 250 USD upcharge.
The Crash replacement service is limited to the original owner and to damages that compromise the functionality of the bike. Culprit Bicycles can refuse the replacement warranty if it is detected that the bike is damaged wilfully or is of optical nature. It is not possible to change to a different model unless your current model has been discontinued in which case we offer the new model in replacement. The policy is limited to 3 years from the date your bike was shipped from Culprit Bicycles

Performance
The overall handling is sharp and stiff whilst being supportive of a variety of riding styles, from slowly navigating crowded areas, long open roads, various bike paths and even cobbles. I’ve been unfortunate enough to skip over a few road crevasses and pot holes (the CDB here is lousy with them) but the frame has handled these nonchalantly.
I’ve tried to take the bike through all the paces including emergency braking, sprints from a stand still, long climbs and short hill sprints etc. Each and every one of these tests has shown consistent performance in braking and handling which allows me as a rider to build of a lot of trust in the bike’s reliability.
On the topic of braking, I’ve since become very fond of the disc brake option as it provides more than adequate performance (particularly in wet weather) and means I don’t need to use carbon specific brake pads when using carbon clinchers; this is for me, an economical benefit.
Maintenance
I found that choosing having a glossy clear coat on the chain stay area dramatically improves the efficiency in which chain grease and dirt kicked up by the rear wheel can be removed. This painting choice makes it fantastic to clean after a ride.”
“We recently purchased a culprit Junior Two bike for both my 8 year old son, Beckett, and my 10 year old daughter, Bella. It has been a very smooth transition into their new road bikes. My daughter noticed immediately the short reach of the breaks and gears. It has made for much easier gear handling. The handlebars are also proportionately sized for their ages as is the crank. They moved up from 24” wheels, but were not yet ready for the 700s so the 650s have definitely improved their speed and been a perfect fit. All in all, the bike is comfortable, looks GREAT, is a low weight for them and performs excellent! We are very happy with our purchase
